SEND Sufficiency Strategy 2025 – 2028
An overview of the new Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Sufficiency Strategy is now available, setting out a clear vision for ensuring that children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities can access the right support.
The strategy outlines commitments to:

- Reducing reliance on out‑of‑borough placements
- Working in partnership with families, schools, and health services
