Sleep workshop ONLINE

Provides information, advise and strategies for parents/carers of neurodivergent young people who struggle with sleep.

Understanding Neurodiversity Workshop ONLINE

Aim is to provide a more in depth look at Neurodiversity’s and will help parents/carers have a better understanding. In partnership with Umbrella Parent and Carer Forum.

Executive Functioning Workshop

Healthy Hyde, SK14 2QT.

Aim is to provide you with a greater understanding of executive functioning and how it impacts your neurodivergent person’s daily life. Explores skills such as planning, organisation, completing daily tasks and emotional regulation.
