Share Your Views on The Navigator Service
Over the last two years Tameside Local Area (NHS – ICB) have funded OKE (Our Kids Eyes) to deliver the Navigator Service to support parents on SEND Health pathways. The service has evolved over the years and listened to families and professionals to ensure the right support is offered.
They want to hear from everyone (parent/carers and professionals) who have used the Navigator Service over the last two years – what has worked well and what could be better? They held a really good workshop this week and wanted to thank everyone for their time on the day, and also to those who have already filled in the survey so far.
