Upcoming TfGM Webinars: Supporting Young People with Travel in Greater Manchester
There will be two upcoming webinars delivered by Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM), designed to help families, school staff, and professionals better understand the travel training support available for young people. Each session offers practical guidance, useful resources, and expert tips from local authority travel trainers.
These webinars are free, include registration links, and can be shared widely with families or colleagues who may benefit.
1. Supporting Young People with Travelling in GM
(Also includes resources useful outside Greater Manchester)

About the session:
Independent travel builds confidence, independence, and life skills. This session will introduce TfGM travel passes, concessions, and travel training resources. Local authority travel trainers will also share their top practical tips to support young people on their journey to travelling independently.

2. Travelling in GM & Independent Travel for School Staff
