SEND Reform: Putting Children & Young People First – March 2026 Online Webinars

The Council for Disabled Children (CDC) is hosting a series of free online information webinars throughout March to help different audiences understand the Government’s SEND Reform Consultation.

These sessions will explain the content of the consultation paper and what’s most relevant to you or your role. Please note: these are information-sharing sessions only.

Who are the webinars for?

Choose the session that best reflects you/your role:

Parent Carers:

  • Mon 9 March – 10am–11am
  • Tue 10 March – 1pm–2pm

(Both sessions cover the same content – only book one.)

Education Settings:

  • Tue 10 March – 10.30am–11.30am

Health Professionals:

  • Mon 9 March – 11am–12pm

Social Care Professionals:

  • Wed 11 March – 11am–12pm

Local Authority Leaders:

  • Tue 10 March – 10am–11am

Registration is first‑come, first‑served. Helpful fact sheets are available to support your understanding before the session.

Coming soon: After these webinars, CDC will run online consultation conversation events to explore the SEND proposals in more depth. These will be announced on CDC’s LinkedIn and the event webpage.
