SEND Improvement Journey Continues

The full Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Improvement Plan for the local area is now available. This comprehensive plan sets out the actions being taken to deliver better outcomes for children and young people with SEND, building on the foundations of the Priority Action Plan and SEND Strategy.

Traffic-light indicators throughout the plan highlight where work has already started and how progress is being made. This is more than a plan on paper – it is a roadmap for real change.
