October: ADHD Awareness Month

Each October, countries around the world observe ADHD Awareness Month to promote understanding and share reliable, science-based information about ADHD. This year’s theme, The Many Faces of ADHD, highlights the diversity of experiences within the ADHD community. The goal is to help individuals thrive by increasing awareness and access to support.

You can get involved by:

• Learning about ADHD symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Sharing facts and stories using #ADHDAwarenessMonth.
• Advocating for better understanding and accommodations in schools and workplaces.

Let’s work together to spread knowledge and support for those affected by ADHD. This link is full of reliable information based on the evidence of science and peer-reviewed research: ADHDAwarenessMonth 2025
