Tameside Council have commissioned Learn Active to deliver weekend group sessions for children and young people aged 8 – 13y with SEND. Places are for those children and young people with either diagnosed / undiagnosed SEND needs who struggle to access mainstream activities. Sessions are staffed at a 1 to 3 ratio and based at a local primary school. Activities include both structured and unstructured activities including physical activities, art and craft, sensory activities and more. Learn Active can support up to 6 children and young people per group.
