The Greater Manchester Autism Consortium is hosting a number of sessions over the next few months that you are invited to join.
Grow in Confidence in Your Autism
The online support group is exclusively for autistic adults, to allow them to meet other people, discuss matters of general interest, and share their experiences and ideas.
Meetings are held virtually on Zoom.
Numbers for each meeting will be limited to 20, and places can be booked on a first-come first-served basis on the National Autistic Society’s Eventbrite listings.
If you wish to attend but are unable to access Eventbrite, please contact Abigail (details below) to reserve a place.
Meetings are held monthly on the third Thursday of each month from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
The group administrators are:
Mark Simpson – mark.simpson@nas.org.uk
Abigail Gibson: abigail.gibson@nas.org.uk
Mark can be contacted on 07876 746403 if you don’t have access to email.
Parent/Carer of Autistic Teens
A safe online space moderated by two Greater Manchester Autism Consortium (GMAC) facilitators where parents can ask questions, pass on tips, listen and share their parenting experiences.
The monthly support group takes place online on Zoom and you can drop-in from 7pm-8.30pm.
Alternatively, email gmac@nas.org.uk
