Families in Hyde will soon have greater access to early years education, as Greenfield Academy has announced the launch of new nursery places for two‑year‑olds starting in September 2026.

The school confirmed it will offer places from the term after a child’s second birthday, marking an expansion of its provision for younger pupils. Parents and carers interested in securing a place are encouraged to contact the school directly for an admissions form and to arrange a “Stay and Play” visit with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teacher.

The new intake will include both 15‑hour and 30‑hour funded options, depending on eligibility criteria, giving families flexible childcare and education arrangements.

They have said that they are pleased to be able to offer additional nursery places for two‑year‑olds and welcome families to visit the school and see their early years provision in action.

For further details, families can contact the school on 0161 368 1898 or visit the Greenfield Academy website.
